Rep Loader is a coached training stream. The Lab is the public notebook for the training logic behind that stream. r/RepLoader is the discussion layer where those ideas can be argued, tested, and sharpened.

The Lab is the public reasoning layer. It explains the doctrine and engine rules behind concepts like priority muscles, productive doses, stimulus streams, Split Stream, and NORL.

The subreddit is the discussion layer. The website remains the canonical archive; Reddit is where individual essays can be challenged and improved in public.
